Selling your home

Selling your home can be very emotional considering that you may have many memories connected to it. But the first thing you have to learn is that it will not be the home you had, but a house you need to sell to get to your next chapter in life.

Step1: Choose a NextHome Agent

Step2: Prepare Your Home for Sale

Take down pictures of your family, pets, vacations, etc. If not, some people will feel bad about taking your life away and not make an offer. If there is custom paint inside or outside, it needs to be changed to neutral colors. Maintenance such as roof, driveway, plumbing and electrical needs to be done, if possible, to get the best price.
